Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Chaitanya Print's website and printing services. By placing an order, submitting printing files or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

1. Printing Services

Chaitanya Print provides printing, binding, finishing and related services based on the specifications supplied or approved by the customer.

2. Quotations and Prices

Printing prices may depend on quantity, number of pages, dimensions, print mode, paper type, paper GSM, binding, finishing, shipping destination and other specifications.

A quotation may be revised if the final files or specifications differ from those originally provided.

3. Customer Approval

Customers are responsible for checking all important details before approving a print job, including text, page order, dimensions, colours, margins, pagination, artwork and spelling.

4. Customer Files

Customers must only submit material that they are legally permitted to reproduce.

Chaitanya Print may decline material that appears unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or otherwise unsuitable for production.

5. Colour and Production Variation

Printed colours may vary from colours displayed on monitors or phones because screens and printing processes reproduce colour differently.

Minor production variations in cutting, binding, paper, colour or finishing may occur within normal commercial printing tolerances.

6. Payments

Orders requiring advance payment will normally enter production after successful payment or other agreed confirmation.

Online payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

7. Production Time

Production estimates depend on the order type, quantity, file readiness, material availability and workload. Any production or dispatch estimate is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

8. Delivery

Delivery times depend on the destination and logistics provider. Shipping delays outside Chaitanya Print's reasonable control may occur.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers should contact Chaitanya Print promptly if an order arrives materially damaged, defective or significantly different from the approved specifications.

10. Cancellation

Printing is customised production. Cancellation eligibility therefore depends on whether the order has entered production.

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chaitanya Print's liability relating to a particular printing order will generally be limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

12. Website Use

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content or interfere with website operation.

13. Policy Changes

Chaitanya Print may update these terms when services, operational requirements or applicable rules change.
